Lyon is currently at the center of the foodie world at the occasion of the SIRHA, the International Hospitality and Food Service Fair. Over 200 000 visitors from 132 countries are in Lyon from January 26 to 30, 2019.
The Metropolis of Lyon has decided to highlight Délice Network on their stand by proposing to the visitors the animation “A la Lyonnaise”: 7 Délice Network cities have been invited to choose one superstar dish, considered as a must-taste.
Every day, in the ONLY LYON Kitchen, a top chef of Lyon from the “Bande de Gourmands” will revisit his chosen iconic dish “à la Lyonnaise” with local and seasonal products and with his own touch.
Information about the member cities & the dish will be distributed on the stand and announced on the SIRHA TV.
Delegations from Kobe, Riga & Torino will be present at the SIRHA to have a taste of the very French version of their superstar dish
A great opportunity to highlight the cities belonging to the network, to showcase their iconic dishes and see how a top chef from Lyon can revisit them.
