For the second edition of the Lyon Street Food Festival in September, both Puebla & Hong Kong were guest destinations.
They were invited to present their food, culture and destination to the 18,000 participants of the Festival.
“El Mural de los Poblanos”, one of the most recognized restaurant in Puebla, and its executive chef, “Liz Galicia”, represented the city during the festival. Some typical dishes were served, with original ingredients brought from Puebla.
The city also shared its cultural part by having a space of attention from the Ministry of Tourism of Puebla. This boot helped visitors to know more about culture and gastronomy of Puebla through printed material translated into French, as well as gastronomic samples.
