Gastronomy plays a full part of every city’s heritage. It conveys a specific identity, expresses a certain art of living and traditions that are passed on from generation to generation.
In this holiday season, Délice wanted to publish a book of recipes – both typical and traditional – served for Christmas or New Years’ Eve. Through this project, the member cities presented a series of recipes, all varied and appetizing!
