Délice network

Gastronomy is certainly one of the cornerstones of Catalan culture: an open culture that has received countless influences.

The abundance of fresh, locally sourced, seasonal produce, full of flavour and of the finest quality, and the locals’ love of the pleasures of good food, has made Barcelona one of the world’s top foodie destinations.

Barcelona offers an interesting blend of traditional Catalan cuisine, based on the Mediterranean diet -chosen by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural World Heritage- and the innovations brought by worldwide known Catalan chefs who magically transform the produce into the most exquisite dishes. They can all be paired with a wide variety of red, white and rosé wines and cavas, which stem from a millennia-old wine-producing culture and tradition.
